Refund policy

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Refusal after delivery (for COD orders)

Incorrect size/color selected by the customer

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery

Order refusal at doorstep is not allowed without a valid reason (damaged/wrong item)

Repeated fake or refusal orders may lead to:

Blocking future COD orders

Allowing only prepaid orders

3. Damaged / Wrong Product (COD Orders)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Order ID

Clear photos/videos as proof

After verification, we will provide:

Free replacement, or

Full refund (via bank transfer/UPI)

4. Refunds (COD Orders)

Since COD payments are collected offline:

Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

5. Return Shipping

In most cases, no need to return the product

If required, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions

Return shipping is covered by us only if the issue is valid

6. Order Cancellation

COD orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Delivery & Responsibility

Ensure correct address and availability at delivery time

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in:

COD restriction on future orders

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit:

We will provide a replacement or full refund
